Nina Corder’s story is rooted in a single, unwavering conviction: when women have access to opportunity, community, and voice, they don’t just survive systems, they redesign them. After immigrating to the United States from Malaysia more than two decades ago, Nina experienced firsthand how talent can be constrained by disconnected systems, limited networks, and invisible barriers. That lived reality became the foundation of her life’s work in building human-centered infrastructure that moves women from isolation to influence.

 

As a principal owner of a social enterprise business, Lemon Lime Company, a global enterprise that offered operational and system consulting, on-site or remotely (virtual assistant) to businesses, companies, and individuals, with a mission to provide services and skills training to those who in turn provide services or products that aim to elevate the quality of lives of all humanity. Through her Lemon Lime Lab initiative, Nina has supported 9 women/families, living in poverty across the globe, to receive quality work and earn a living wage from her Lemon and Lime Co independent business network. Nina believes the most sustainable way to eradicate poverty is to give work, one job, one person at a time.

 

As a Destination Services Consultant, Nina also consults with various national and international agencies. From the pre-assignment trip, home and school search, and community orientation, to arrival welcoming and departure assistance, Nina helps ease the transition for employees and their families and helps companies reduce the complexity of international relocation. Over the past six years, Nina has consulted on over 100 project assignments supporting transferees from 25 different countries. Currently, Nina is actively consulting with a transferee working for Fortune 500 companies in Northwest Ohio. In her lifetime, Nina has worked and lived in five countries and traveled to more than 20 countries around the world. Hence, she is highly effective at assisting relocating individuals and families with the many details of settling in, cross-cultural training, and transitioning into a new community
